KYNEX ACS + TR-069

Auto Configuration Server
PositioningCloud-Based Remote Management of Broadband Customer Devices over TR-069 and TR-098.
Illustrative interface

KYNEX ACS is our own native, cloud-based Auto Configuration Server for ISPs. It remotely manages compatible customer-premises equipment, including supported broadband routers and optical network terminals, from many brands and manufacturers and from OEM suppliers. Using the TR-069 protocol and the TR-098 data model, service providers can configure devices, manage settings, monitor telemetry and troubleshoot remotely. Auto-diagnose and automatic parameter adoption mean fewer technician visits and faster onboarding of new device models.

Parameter auto-adoption, auto-diagnose and telemetry depend on what each device model exposes through its supported data model.

Key capabilities

What KYNEX ACS + TR-069 does.

01

Native ACS Platform

Our own in-house ACS, built and maintained by KYNEX rather than a resold third-party product, so features and integrations can be tailored to ISP needs.

02

Cloud-Based Management

A cloud-hosted ACS that devices across your network can reach, with no per-site servers to install and one console for your NOC and support teams.

03

TR-069 & TR-098 Support

Manage CPEs over TR-069 using the TR-098 Internet Gateway Device data model so supported parameters can be read and set consistently; support depends on each device's implementation.

04

Multi-Brand, Multi-Manufacturer

Manage routers and ONTs from multiple brands and manufacturers from a single console, using per-model profiles and parameter mappings.

05

OEM & White-Label CPE Support

Onboard OEM CPEs, including your own branded devices, with custom profiles and vendor-specific parameters.

06

Auto-Adopt Parameters

Automatically discover and adopt the parameters a new device model exposes, so new brands and models can be added without manual data-model work.

07

Auto-Diagnose

Run automated diagnostics when a device reports an issue or on demand: connectivity, WAN and Wi-Fi status and link readings, with likely causes surfaced for support teams.

08

Telemetry & Health Monitoring

Collect device telemetry such as uptime, WAN/LAN status, Wi-Fi radio and client information and signal levels; track trends and raise alerts.

09

Centralized Device Inventory

Records of managed routers and ONTs, organized by subscriber, brand, model or service area, with connection status.

10

Remote Configuration

Configure Wi-Fi and compatible network parameters, apply approved profiles and run bulk operations.

11

Firmware Management

Manage firmware deployment workflows, schedule updates, track status and verify controlled rollouts.

12

Automated Provisioning

Apply configuration templates, standardize settings and support device onboarding workflows.
